  1. Human Evolution.

  2. History of Posture.

  3. Postural Awareness.
  4. Skeletal System: Skull, Types of Bones, Joints, Thorax, Pelvis, Vertebrae, Movements.

  5. Muscular System: Flow of muscles, Muscle in the body, Original and Insertion.

  6. Respiratory System: Organs, Mechanical Breathing and cellular breathing, Types of breathing.

  7. Nervous system

  8. Pranayama:– Definition and Classification, Difference between pranayama and deep breathing. Importance of Rechaka , Kumbhaka, Puraka.

  9. Introduction to Kriyas Mudras, and Bandhas.

2) DISEASES AND DISORDERS
  1. Spondylitis: Cervical and Lumbar

  2. Hernia

  3.  Frozen shoulder 

  4. Knee disorders: Knock knee, Bow knee, Knee pain 

  5. Sciatica

3) PRACTCAL
  1. With Load and pillows: Setubandasana, Suptabhadrasana, Matsyasana, Suptavirasana, Suptabandhakonasana, Suptavajrasana,Gomukhasana, Viparitadandasana, Pawanmuktasana.

     

  2. With chair, ropes and belts:

    Cervical stretch, Pumping, Lumbar traction, Cervical Chair Traction, Chair Twisting, Chair Adhomukha, Padangustangasana, Chair Sarvangasana, Rope Jacket.

    Vertical arm Stretch, Horizontal arm Stretch, DKFS, Calf muscle stretch, Ankle Stretch, Sciatica Simple stretch, Simple peroneal stretch.
